Community Art Development Initiative (CADI) is a registered full fledged Nigerian NGO focused on forging symbiotic partnership between different communities and organizations desiring to invest in positive community social engineering.

Our role is to facilitate relationships and engender community human capital, environmental and social-economic capital development. We use art to inspire a creative vision in individuals in order to improve potential and achievement and ‘creativity with purpose.

We identify the needs of several communities through our well researched NEEDS ASSESMENT methodology and the corporate social responsibility agenda of companies who maintain a presence in these communities. We however allow the outcome to mirror the organization’s CSR needs, strategic aspiration and vision.

Goal and Objectives
Our goal is to help kids and other citizens in the community.
Our main objective is to improve/scale-up response for orphans and other children made vulnerable. CADI’s long-term commitment is to help members of the community improve their lives, and reconnect with the joy and fun of learning and living through physical activity. Our programmes and activities will aim at short-circuiting the major and minor causes of community and kids neglect such as;
Infant, child and adolescent mortality;
Low immunization, low access to health services, high malnutrition, and high burden of disease;
Low school enrollment rates, high repetition rates, poor school performance and/or high drop out rates;
Intra-household neglect (reduced access to attention, food, care);
Family and community abuse and maltreatment (harassment and violence);
The unvarnished truth is that kids today are leaders of tomorrow but not involved in enough leadership-led programs. We therefore want to support community-based solutions that will achieve the following:
Help kids succeed in school
Provide parents with volunteer but paid work
Increased community awareness in safety issues.
